Procurement Manager (Paddy)

• Forecast needs and suppliers.
• Analyze market and delivery systems.
• Co- odination with documentation and accountant team to smoothen the operations across the supply chain.
• Clear communication with suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts with Vendors and Suppliers.
• Determine the lowest cost of Product.
• Prompt reporting to Management
• Identifying the right and potential suppliers.

• Education: Should be a graduate
• Abilities: abilities to develop and handle suppliers base.
• Skills: English well, strong negotiation, be proficient in using computers, withstand high work pressure, have leadership, organization and management skills, have synthesis, reporting and consulting skills.
• Specialized knowledge: Product knowledge (Paddy)
• Other characteristics such as personal characteristics
• Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in the rice field.
• Professional Certification
