Procurement Officer

I/ Key Responsibilities

Monitor market trends, industry developments, and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Oversee the resolution of procurement- related issues and disputes, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Manage the end- to- end procurement process, including requisition processing, supplier selection, purchase order creation, and delivery coordination.
Participate in supplier development initiatives, fostering long- term partnerships and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate contracts to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to understand their procurement needs and requirements, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organization&039;s goals and objectives.

II/ Requirements
Qualification Requirements

Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, or CIPS are desirable.

Technical Skills

Having at least 3 years of experience working in supply chain management within the F&B/Hotel industry.
Experience in ERP systems (AX, SAP, Oracle etc.)
Business level English
Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
In- depth understanding of procurement best practices, market dynamics, and cost analysis.
