Negotiate contracts with suppliers in Local and Oversea to get best condition for the company;
Follow up with purchase order/contract schedule to make sure all goods are delivered on time, activities contact to supplier for changing schedule when manufacturing order changes.
Make/summarize weekly/monthly report for supplier performance (delivery, quality, service) and inventory status and give action plans for improvements.
Manage Purchase orders from issuing to receiving material based on customer demand and following ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX).
Coordinate with other departments to solve for those issues related to purchased goods such as: Quality, Production, Engineering…to meet full product shipment delivery.
Other tasks as instructed and assigned by Procurement manager/supervisor.
Wok on updating information related to suppliers: capacity, product, delivery time, after-sales services, payment methods, forecast....
Monitor and document of payments to supplier based on the terms in the contract;
Get quotation, compare options and propose suitable option to decide buy from which supplier.
