Procurement Officer (Local Buyer)

Escalation of day-to-day issues with suppliers, which cannot be solved by users
Executing RFx (Request for Information, Proposal, Quotation) for local spend
Administrative tasks like cVend, POs, workflow, price discrepancies etc.
Signing local agreements not managed centrally, any central managed category is end-to-end managed by CE/GCM in indirects.
Managing stakeholders in day-to-day requests for local indirect spend (not managed by indirect category managers)
Propose and execute local savings and optimization activities with local supplier
Make and/ or assist Category Manager in developing supply strategy, sourcing plan, supplier evaluation, spend analysis
Drive local sourcing activities in accordance with Carlsberg’s sourcing process

- Expert in negotiation / tender development and execution

- Ability to understand local requirements and translate those in to spend and demand analyses.
- Stakeholder Management, Client Orientation, SRM, CSR, Risk management, Financial Analysis and industry know-how.
- Good overall business understanding, knowledge in procurement and supply chain management
- Analytical skills and ability to provide local market and industry analysis
- Thorough knowledge about governance/policies and procedures
- Knowledge about e-sourcing, contract management, P2P as well as TCO building
- Strong negotiation skills

Other skills:

- Extensive usage of Microsoft Power Point, Word, Outlook and Excel
- Thorough knowledge of financial instruments and analytical tools
- Ability to work in virtual teams
- Knowledge of Ariba an e-sourcing is an advantage
- Fluent in local and English language (spoken and written)

Experience:

- Experience in Marketing ATL or BTL agencies is an advantage
- 1- 2 years relevant commercial experience within all aspects of procurement on local or regional level

Education:

- Education as buyer preferably with commercial study background
