Procurement Officer/ Nhân viên mua hàng

· Maintain detailed records of all procurement and warehouse activities and prepare regular reports for management.
· Manage the procurement of external services such as landscaping, laundry, and industrial cleaning for the factory facility.
· Proactively collaborate with the planning and production teams to analyze current and future requirements, forecast demand, and align procurement activities with production objectives.
· Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and safety regulations related to procurement and warehouse operations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees.
· Oversee and manage the day- to- day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials, while ensuring efficient coordination amongst the warehouse staff.
· Attend required training to stay updated on warehouse best practices and safety procedures.
· Implement and maintain effective and accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts to minimize stock- outs, and resolve any discrepancies.
· Manage the procurement of raw materials, packaging supplies, maintenance spare parts, equipment, and other necessary items required for coffee production, ensuring the correct quality, best obtainable price, and on- time delivery.
· Source and evaluate new and current suppliers&039; capabilities, negotiate contracts, and develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable, high- quality, and cost- effective procurement.
· Assist in developing procurement plans aligned with production targets.
· Research and stay up to date with market trends and pricing to identify opportunities for cost savings and negotiate favorable contract terms.
· Monitor supplier performance, address quality/ delivery/ service issues, and work to optimize profitability and financial objectives.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Supervisor.

Education/ Training Qualifications
· Bachelor&039;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience
· Experience working in a food manufacturing environment, with warehouse management experience preferred.
· 03+ years of experience in a similar role in procurement or supply chain role, preferably in the food/beverage industry.
Knowledge of:
· Demonstrate extensive knowledge in food manufacturing materials & equipment is a plus.
· Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety protocols, and inventory management best practices.
Skills (Ability to):
· Able to prioritize work and to work well under pressure.
· Responsible, careful, and active approach to work, with a strong attention to detail.
· Proficient in ERP software, and MS Office applications.
· Work well in a team environment.
· Eager to learn new skills and adapt to changing warehouse procedures.
· Analytical & problem- solving skills.
· Upper- intermediate level of English proficiency is a plus.
· Strong communication, negotiation and vendor management skills.
· High commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards
