Procurement Officer/ Quantity Surveyor

Pre- Contract Stage

Prepare and forward memo, accompany with final submission, to the respective Departments.
Actively remind and coordinate with other Departments to prepare bidding/quotation document
Identify and carry out registration of prospective suppliers
Arrange interview meeting with Suppliers/Consultants and related departments
Evaluation bidding/quotation documents submitted by Suppliers/Consultants
Filing relevant documents as per internal Company Filling Index
Liaise with Suppliers/Consultants to request for proposal

Post- Contract Stage

Filing relevant documents as per internal Company Filling Index
Cooperate with HR department to update and maintain the Approved Supplier List annually
Joint site evaluation on site with other Departments to verify for payment

Others

Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Management
Integration of procurement request forms from all departments to prepare annual request summary report submit to HOD/Deputy Manager.
To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety, Health, Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company

Integrity, honesty and hard working
English skill from intermediate above; familiar with international procurement contract; good administration skill
02 year experience in procurement and purchasing
College graduation above
