Procurement Specialist ( Chinese Speaking)

We are a new establish Vietnamese- Singaporean procurement company, located in Ho Chi Minh city. We are looking for an experienced and detail- oriented Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing and purchasing of goods and services, including IT software, IT hardware, F&B, Marketing services, facility services, and other professional services.
Responsibilities

Initiate and upkeep price data, vendor data
Monitoring and follow- up supplier&039;s performance, quality, budget.
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms, Contract management
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs
Manage end- to- end sourcing and purchasing process
Develop supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
Other tasks to be assigned by manager.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policy and ethical standards
Identify cost- saving opportunities and drive process improvements

Location: HQ Songha Building, 11 street 33, An Khanh, Thu Duc, HCM
Working hrs: Mon- Fri (9:00 am- 6:00 pm)

Requirement
** Fresh graduate is welcome​. Working experience is plus **

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Chinsese language, International Trade, Import/Export, Business Administration, Logistics or related field
Fluent in Chinese, must able to speak fluently, able to write email, read contract.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
3+ years of experience in indirect/direct procurement or purchasing.
Knowledge of procurement tools is a plus
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
