JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assigning tasks and coordinating production resources effectively.
Creating and managing detailed production plans, call sheets, schedules, and budgets.
Translating clients’ and agencies’ requirements into clear action plans for the internal production team.
Working closely with photographers and post- production team to ensure the final output aligns with creative expectations.
Overseeing all stages of the photoshoot process – from pre- production (casting, location scouting, props, etc.) to shooting day and post- production.
Identifying and proactively solving on- set and production- related issues.
Assisting with any additional tasks required by the Line Manager and Board of Directors (BOD).
Maintaining smooth communication between all stakeholders, including clients, agencies, and production crew.
Communicating and collaborating with agencies and clients to understand project objectives, timelines, and creative direction.
Monitoring project progress, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high- quality visual standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Good aesthetic judgment and understanding of visual storytelling.
Positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
Strong project and team management skills; ability to lead a team under tight deadlines.
Well- organized, detail- oriented, and able to multitask in fast- paced environments.
At least 2–3 years in advertising, photography production, or a similar creative field.
Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Excellent problem- solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with photography equipment, production tools, and basic editing software is a plus.
Good relationship management with partners, vendors, and clients.
Proficient in English communication.
