Product Admin

Collect and prepare weekly & monthly Product sales performance analysis & Product mapping (Competitor, product portfolio, prices,...)
Coordinate with other related departments (Sales, Finance, Logistics,..) for all of internal process (announcement, report,..)
All of other related tasks assigned by Head of Product, WM
Be accountable for internal coordination (program summary, meeting arrangement, payment process,...)

Proficiency in English and/or Chinese
At least 1 year of working experience in related position Sales Admin/ Sales Operation/ Product Admin
Excellence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & data analysis skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Economics or related majors
Details- oriented

Participating in professional skills and soft skills training activities.
Develop professional competencies and unlock potential through professional and practical training program with direct guidance and training from Head of Department
