Product Content Coordinator

DIRECTLY REPORTING TORegional Product Manager
* PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE
The Product Content Coordinator (PCC) will be divided according to the needs of Product & Contracting Department, the PCC will help develop, consolidate and otherwise organize a library of professional e-documentation to include hotel profiles, guide profiles, country & destination descriptions and other materials as determined by the Project Sponsor.
* RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Content Writing – Product & Marketing
•Responsible for Tourplan content including writing, researching and/or editing product descriptions, destination information, cruise information or other content and/or documentation as needed
•Develop, proofread and edit E-Booking Kit content
•Proofreading and editing of general brand documentation, as necessary
•Proofreading and editing training presentations and PowerPoints
• Write country introduction and trip summaries as needed
•Develop content for blog posts, social media posts, flyers, website content, and any additional content as needed
2. Additional Responsibilities
•Proofread materials before publication
•Develop content for marketing collaterals
•Regular reporting with Marketing Communications Manager
•Other tasks as assigned by Marketing Communications Manager and Product team.
3. Continuous Development
•Attend regular training courses / seminars to keep up to date with the travel and marketing industry

* QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE
•Tertiary studies in Trade or Business
•General Tourism knowledge
•Basic marketing knowledge in Travel industry/travel trade/Tour Plan
•Product knowledge/geographical of SE Asia and Vietnam
* EXPERIENCE
•Preferable experience working in the Tourism industry
* SKILLS
•Good written and spoken English
•Excellent MS Office
•Detail oriented
•Honest and self-motivated
* SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
•Flexibility to work overtime and travel as required
•Ability to work under pressure
•Long term commitment
