WHAT YOU WILL DO
Market Research & Product Positioning

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify product- market fit in the retail industry, analyzing customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor performance to enhance product offerings.
Leverage data insights to ensure that our fashion products stand out in a competitive market and drive growth.

Go- to- Market Strategy & Execution

Be the market guru, identifying US customer trends, consumer preferences, and competitor move
Mastermind go- to- market product marketing strategy for our fashion products that keeps engagement high and conversions rolling in

Content Creation and Distribution

Oversee the production of top- tier content, from viral video creatives to jaw- dropping websites
Stay up- to- date with industry trends and best practices in product marketing, implementing innovative strategies to drive results

Analytics and Performance Optimization

Keep a keen eye on digital content performance and metrics, optimizing for conversions
Utilize data insights to identify areas for improvement and make data- driven decisions to optimize conversion rate

Cross- functional Collaboration

Collaborate with in- house teams to make sure selected product features meet industry quality standards; marketing collaterals align with market trends and customer needs
Collaborate with Performance Marketing team to track, analyze, and report on sales, advertising metrics and KPIs to measure marketing campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with Graphics and Video teams, and other creators to make visually impactful content

Work experience:

Proven career advancement in digital/ product content marketing or holding an equivalent title in previous role(s)
Experience in e- commerce or as a retail/ e- commerce shop owner is a plus
Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and consumer behavior
Track record of copywriting viral videos or building a personal/commercial brand presence on TikTok/Facebook

Skills:

Strong command of English with contextual understanding to create compelling and audience- focused content
Research, task management and collaboration skills
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Video ideation and script writing. No direct filming or editing skills required.
Presentation or training/ mentoring/ coaching skill is a plus

Ability to self- motivate and perform under pressure
