Product Coordinator (tiếng Hàn)

VNGGames- Game Studio 9 is focused on publishing games on our experiences in Vietnam and SEA markets. We are looking for a product coordinator to work with our team and partners on Korean projects. This role will focus on maintaining and developing long- term relationships with game developers and coordinating with the internal team and Korean partners
Job Description

Translate and send reports of business results to partners
Receive information form partners, clarify, translate and send it to the Product Operations team of Game Studio 9
Translate documents and interpret in the meetings with partners
Follow, check and remind partners and internal team to make sure all things are as plan
Maintain and develop long term and quality relationships with Korean game developers
Constantly communicate with partners via chat, email, and phone
Responsible for translating and interpreting in phone meetings or in- person meetings with partners
Build, list and record communication history between partners and operation team
Work internally with the Business Development team and Game Studio 9 to communicate with Korean business partners
Experience and research game versions in advance as well as support new game research when needed
Be able to understand Game Studio 9’s operation plan and clearly communicate to partners
Control the progress of plan implementation between partners and operation team

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive and collaborative in working style
Willing to travel to Korea for business trips
Bachelor’s degree in Korean language OR TOPIK level 6 certification
Excellence communication and relationship management skills
Passion for games and the game industry with willingness to explore games of various genres and on various platforms

A plus if:

Experience of studying or working in Korean companies is a plus
Fluency in English language is a plus
Working experience in the fields of information technology, Internet, working experience in game field is a plus
Knowledge on global game market industry and trends is a plus
Knowledge on SEA, TW/HK gaming markets is a plus
