Product Design and Development Specialist - Chuyên Viên Thiết Kế và Phát Triển Sản Phẩm (Ngành Thủ Công Mỹ Nghệ)

Work closely with Production team for R&D, sampling and developing process
Propose new product ideas and plans to Product Manager to develop quarterly
Work closely with the Marketing team to manage and optimize product portfolios based on data performance such as sales, ROI, customer feedbacks.
Collaborate with artists and freelance designers when necessary to develop products
Do market research regularly to update new trends and get customer and market insights
Develop new product designs through seasons and customer requests to deliver best customer experiences and sales results

Job Requirement

Having experiences in working with various materials is a strong plus
Have both analytical and art mindset
Have a strong research and analysis skill
Passionate in handicrafts products especially natural fiber weaving
Have basic graphic design skill such as Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign
Must be familiar with product design tools to deliver technical drawings
At least 1 year experience in product design and development

Salary and Benefits:

Social welfare according to law and other welfare of company policies
Salary: 8 - 12 million VND per month with competitive quarter KPI bonus scheme based on performance. Income ~20 - 25 million VND.
