That’s why we’re looking for a Product Designer like you — someone who’s thoughtful, user- centered, and ready to deliver intuitive, delightful, and scalable solutions. You’ll play a key role in shaping how users experience our product, through both deep research and high- quality execution.
We’re building a team of passionate, curious, and skilled designers who care deeply about user experience. Whether your strength lies in crafting visually stunning, modern interfaces, or diving into user behavior and solving real pain points — we believe great design starts with people.

You&039;ll do

Independently research and deliver insights about user context, needs, pain points, motivations, and behavior.
Analyze and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and drive decisions.
Conduct solution audits using methods such as heuristic evaluation or usability testing.
Collaborate with Product Owners and developers to ensure UI solutions enhance the overall user experience and product journey.
Design interactive experiences that align with user journeys, using modern tools and best practices.
Explore and iterate on solutions from multiple perspectives, balancing user value and business constraints.
Apply consistent UI principles, design systems, and brand guidelines across multiple touchpoints.
Apply knowledge of human psychology, mental models, and usability principles to inform design decisions.
Implement and maintain design systems, including principles, patterns, and UI kits.
Translate complex ideas into clear, functional, and visually appealing interfaces.

You&039;ll have:

Good communication, presentation, and cross- functional collaboration skills.
Strong in either:- Visual design & UI system thinking: You care deeply about layout, spacing, typography, consistency, and accessibility. Strong in visual design, interaction design, and working with design systems.- UX research & insight- led design: You’re passionate about user interviews, testing, and translating insight into actionable ideas. Hands- on experience in user research (interviews, usability testing) using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Experience analyzing research data to inform design decisions.
Solid understanding of design principles
Good English skills; fluent communication is a strong plus.
A portfolio is required. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
Curious, open- minded, and excited about making great products for people.Strong problem- solving, critical thinking, and user- centered thinking.
Interested in understanding the key human limitations and human abilities to design experiences for humans
Here’s what we are looking for in a portfolio:- Clear thinking to present information effectively- How you define the problem and how you solve it for human
Proficient in Figma (main tool); familiar with FigJam, Miro, and Notion for collaboration.
Skilled in preparing structured hand- off documents aligned with user journeys.
3+ years of hands- on experience in Product Design, UX Design, or UX Research.

What’s plus:
- Experience working on SaaS or E- commerce products.
- Experience working in fast- paced, cross- functional product teams.
