As part of our mission to enhance our clients&039; user experience and business success, the Product Designer role will directly contribute to effectively packaging Shopify themes and then the step- by- step realization of the goal of becoming a top- tier Shopify theme provider.

Manage and revise designs based on evolving client or market requirements to enhance product functionality and user experience.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Developers, and Marketers to develop ideas and concepts that align with user needs and business goals.
Collect, analyze requirements, and research problems to identify innovative design solutions.
Apply design thinking processes to product development.
Monitor and adjust designs after implementation to ensure quality, usability, and alignment with the product&039;s objectives.
Clearly and effectively communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and the Product Development Team.

Proficient in wireframing, mockups, and prototyping.
A passion for making practical impacts on products and users, focusing on usability and functionality instead of appearance alone.
A strong desire for personal development and a commitment to continuous learning.
At least 2 years of experience in digital product design (preferably for web applications or e- commerce).
High sense of responsibility to accompany product cycle from ideation to final execution.
Strong teamwork skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
Experience working with Figma and other prototyping tools.
English reading and comprehension skills (equivalent to IELTS 5.5).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience designing for international clients or e- commerce platforms.
Familiarity with building and maintaining design systems.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM.
Salary: Gross up to 30M VND with biannual performance reviews for potential salary increases.
