Product Designer (English)

About the job
Create user- friendly, visually appealing, and intuitive interfaces that meet the needs of our diverse user base, while maintaining the highest standards of usability and design excellence, and deliver a delightful and efficient user experience.
Responsibility

Staying up- to- date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools and techniques to ensure our product remains competitive and innovative.
Conducting user research and usability testing to understand user problems, validate design decisions and iterate on user feedback.
Design concepts and high fidelity prototypes while ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to bring your designs to life.
Integrating business, technology, user, and content requirements to formulate design concepts, guiding the development of prototypes, user flows, design patterns, and mock- ups.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
Proven experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma,…
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English).
Ability to work in a collaborative and agile environment.
A passion for taking ownership and driving projects forward.
3+years of relevant work in product design as a fully proficient individual contributor in a product environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

A good understandingof the Southeast Asian market.
Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems, breaking them down into smaller, well- defined initiatives.
Experience working in a tech startup environment.
An understanding of basic front- end, especially HTML, CSS, Javascript.
