Product Designer (UX/UI)

Shape the product strategy and vision together with the product owner
You should be able to see the product as your own, diving into the product landscape to understand how we are different, how we can compete, and what we can do to create more impactful features for our target users
UX/UI Design- Lead design thinking exercises and workshops, facilitating convergent and divergent sessions to address problem areas, generate concepts, and foster alignment among team members and stakeholders while continuously refining your methodology.
Work closely with product owners to translate product requirements into UX and UI requirements and with developers to ensure your designs are implemented to spec
Design Thinking- Generate a wide variety of design materials, such as journey maps, personas, storyboards, hero screens, and prototypes, to effectively communicate user insights and proposed solutions, including mid- fidelity UX/UI designs for MVP development.
Initiate, define and lead design of product features from concept through launch and beyond.
You will be intimately involved in the development of the product, working with stakeholders and product owners to design the best possible user experience.

Strong written and oral English- language communication skills
Strategic thinking for driving business goals.
Ownership mindset and a track record of completing projects
1+ years of experience in the fields of UX and/or UI design for web and/or mobile products
Passion for or interest in Web3
HTML/CSS development skills are a plus
Experience in wireframing, prototyping, user testing, interaction, and visual design.
You have knowledge and experience researching users, markets and products in support of developing features and testing for product- market fit
Experience in B2B data- intensive SaaS applications is a plus
Experience working with Figma
