Product Designer

Proficient in analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed design decisions grounded in real- world insights, user needs, market standards, and business rules.
Experienced in designing consumer- facing products, ensuring user- friendly, intuitive, and behavior- driven experiences.
Hands- on experience building products for Android, iOS, and Web platforms, with a deep understanding of platform- specific design considerations.
Experienced in facilitating design discussions and workshops, helping teams align on direction and make confident, data- informed decisions.
Highly skilled in professional design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc., with the ability to choose and apply the right tools for each phase of the product lifecycle.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly through both written documentation and visual representations, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
Solid knowledge and practical application of mobile and web design patterns, ensuring consistency, usability, and performance across platforms.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross- functional teams, working closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and researchers to align on shared goals.

Hands- on experience in designing and conducting user research, including contextual inquiries and usability testing, to validate design decisions.
Experience working in small, collaborative teams, especially within fast- paced or startup environments.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex user problems into intuitive and elegant design solutions.
Effective communicator, able to collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams, clearly articulating design choices and advocating for user needs.
1–2 years of experience in team or project leadership, with the ability to guide and mentor junior designers.
Quick learner with adaptability to new tools, processes, and product challenges.
Strong foundation in user- centered design principles and the ability to apply them across various platforms (web, iOS, Android).
Excellent portfolio demonstrating problem- solving skills and high- quality visual design, with deliverables such as wireframes, interaction flows, prototypes, site maps, and navigation systems.
Ability to work iteratively, with an agile mindset and familiarity with agile design/development workflows.
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with proven expertise in responsive web and mobile interface design.
Proficient in Figma, with experience using other tools such as Adobe XD and Sketch being a plus.
