Product Developer (Retail)

Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Collaborate closely with our design and technical teams to bring new products to life, from conception to completion.
Provide insights and recommendations on product development strategies, manufacturing processes, and materials selection to ensure high quality and cost- effectiveness.
Perform quality assurance checks to maintain product standards and address any quality- related issues promptly.
Communicate regularly with the Director to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions.
Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials, negotiate pricing, and monitor production progress.
Prepare detailed project plans and timelines to keep projects on track and ensure timely delivery of products.
Participate in cross- functional meetings to coordinate efforts and address any issues that may arise during the development process.

Good in English and Vietnamese.

Quality assurance

Salary: 14- 16M based on experience plus 13th month salary.

20 days of paid leave and 10 days of paid sick leave per year.
