Product Development Manager ( Shoes Last / Footwear)

Our client is a foreign- invested company, now looking for Product Development Manager (Shoe Last/ footwear, $3500, ID19614):

Oversee mold design, prototyping, and manufacturing processes to ensure high- quality standards.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively
Collaborate with cross- functional teams including design, production, and quality assurance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
Lead the development and innovation of plastic shoe lasts for footwear production.
Ensure compliance with European, American, and Asian standards and procedures for mold production.

Standards & Processes: In- depth understanding of European, American, and Asian standards and production procedures for plastic molds.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience in shoe last/mold development within the footwear industry.
Languages: Fluent communication skills in English or Chinese (both spoken and written).
Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in mold- making processes and the ability to independently develop plastic molds for footwear.
