Product Development Specialist

Perform other tasks as required by supervisors
Develop and expand new products ranges (blinds, shades, curtains) for customers in European markets (UK, EU), North America (US, Canada), Australia (Australia, NZ), and Asia (Japan, Singapore)
Collaborate in building and developing new products, working with relevant departments (Specialized Product Development, IT, Customer Service, Production, Purchasing, etc.) to finalize sample products, technical documents, and assist in resolving product- related issues with production and purchasing teams
Participate in the products’ continuous improvement process with customers and the company to meet the needs of B2B partners (traditional business and e- commerce)
Monitor and oversee tasks assigned by the Product Development Director to other departments
Propose ideas to improve products to reduce costs, enhance quality, or comply with new regulations
Develop and expand new fabric collections with customers

Research new products and assist in creating price quotes

Education: University degree (preferably from FTU or NEU) or international graduates
Good English proficiency
Experience in supply chain management, retail, international e- commerce, or working in manufacturing plants is a plus
Quick learner, logical thinking, flexible in handling situations, able to work independently, good time management, and effective teamwork, communication and negotiation skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in project development or product development
Positive attitude, honest, eager to learn, and responsible at work
Interest in learning about product development, international business, or supply chain management in manufacturing
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Working hours: Monday to Saturday during business hours (2 Saturdays off per month)
