Product Development Supervisor/Manager [HN]

- Collaborate with internal stake holders and functions to align support for product development projects.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
- Maintain close collaboration with commercial team to understand customer trends, challenges and opportunities.
- Prepare, execute, monitor and update at regular intervals the business plan for the department.
- Develop, manage and maintain global product development pipeline that is aligns and supports commercial strategy.
- Perform periodic analysis and reporting on business and team performance

- Male / Female, 27-37 years old, good-looking
- Experience: at least 5 years in equivalent position.
- Good communication, negotiation, persuasion & analysis skills
- Fluent in English
- Graduated from College or University on Foreign Trade, Import Export, Logistic, SCM, Customs, Economic or related major
- Excellent customer service attitude & can work under high pressure with high motivation
