Product Engineer

Boots company&039;s profit through improvement activity.
Ensure techincal documents, produce data have been controlled such as QMS of companny, and internation/Market standard
Ensure product shall be developed meet project scope(Quality, cost, product specification, time…)
Duties:
Conduct DFAM( Design for assembly, manufacturing) for new products throughout the product life cycle(PLM)
Engage improvement activity in factory to reduce production cost, enhance productivity and product quality include provide automation solution for operation.
Follow up TP(trial production), analysis TP result(incl UPPH, Yield, GR&R, PPK, R@R, product/production parameter, reliability test result…) failure analysis, and advanced process controls
Resposible developing and validating the product(helmet) and compoment parts…Research and define supplier who have technical ability for product specification.
Driving PPAP(EMPB) documents for product and component parts,
Responsibility of troubleshorting defect in assembly, paiting, decal…Analysis/provide technology/methodology to improvement
Optimize/Standardzie manufacturing methodology, process parameter and equipment specification...
Collaborate with Product Design engineers(R&D) to ensure robust design for prodcution capability.

-Understanding in manufacturing helmet(assembly, painting, decal..) is not requirement but advance
-Knowledge and experience in injection, stamping, mold, plating, EPS…
-Can use 2D/3D CAD software like Catia, inventor…
-Capable to analysis and apply manufacturing statistics(Cpk, Cmk,…),design of experiments(DOE), design for Six Sigma to optimize/standardization manufacturing process.
- Bachelor&039;s in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Good at English
-Experience in GD&T, tolerance stack up and design, experience developing robust to scale new products
-Familiar with ISO/AITF16946 system, six sigma, lean... is advance
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
