Product Engineer In Viet Nam Rival Technologies, LLC

Main Responsibilities: Product Development
• Create BOMs and trim sheets
• Translate technical files
• Evaluate and determine materials for products
• Coordinate progress on sourcing BOM and source materials as needed
• Create spec sheets (TDS/SDS)
• Create technical files of products for prototyping and manufacturing
• Work directly with prototyping team to ensure prototype progress/schedule. Relay or provide guidance on questions
• Create and modify drawings and patterns
• Create inspection documentation
Back Up Responsibilities: Quality Inspection
• Communicating and investigating quality issues. Resolving quality issues with factory
• Write testing work instructions
• Documentation approval for shipping
• Creating inspection forms and documentation
• Updating EDFs with inspection details. Adding clarifying detail as needed
• Outgoing quality inspection of goods
• Recording and reporting data and results
• Test lab setup
• Recommend and perform textile or component testing
Location: Tan Quang Industrial Complex- Tan Quang Commune- Van Lam District- Hung Yen

• 3- 5 years of experience in engineering, quality, or testing
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Degree in Textile Technology or Engineering (mechanical, materials, manufacturing, industrial)
• Ability to interpret and create technical drawings – CAD experience required (Solidworks or Accumark preferred)
• Have good knowledge about textiles field
• Good communication in English is must
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
