Product Engineering Manager

The Product Engineering Manager will oversee the development and enhancement of our edutech platform. This role involves managing a team of engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT/OT systems, cybersecurity, and educational technology, with proven experience in product development and team leadership.

• Lead and manage the product engineering team to deliver innovative features and enhancements for our platform.


• Oversee the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.


• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmaps.


• Ensure that the platform integrates seamlessly with physical devices, providing realistic and high-fidelity training environments.


• Implement best practices for software development, including agile methodologies, code reviews, and automated testing.


• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and standards.


• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.


• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

• Proven experience in product engineering management, with a focus on IT/OT systems and cybersecurity.


• Strong understanding of IT network and virtualization, and a plus with knowledge of SCADA systems, and integration with physical devices.


• Experience with web-based platforms, modern UI interfaces, virtualization, containerization technologies.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


• Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices in software development.


• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the edutech industry, with a focus on simulation and training platforms.


• Familiarity with cybersecurity training tools, phishing simulation engines, and skill assessment technologies.


• Understanding of AI and automation in educational tools.
