Product Executive

Objective of Position:
The product executive is a member of the product team and participates in the team’s effort to maintain and develop a catalogue of original and exhilarating products for the company; as well as offering direct support and expertise to sales, business development and marketing teams with their product- related needs. Our Hanoi- based product team manages the production in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.
Roles and accountabilities:

Regular contact and communication with our key suppliers across all destinations.
Participation in the tour creation process bringing new ideas of touring concept, destination, activity.
Communication with Operations teams on post- production requirements.
Information research and sourcing to provide Product team with relevant details about a specific activity, route, price, supplier...
Daily support to sales team for the creation of special programs to answer special requests.
Inspection trips planning for our team. Occasionally lead some of these trips or escort some of our partners.
Products maintenance tasks on our travel management software (organization, update, amendment, addition, removal of tour modules)

Hardworking, enthusiastic and responsible
Good Computer skills (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook...) – Photoshop is a plus
Service- minded and ready to support others
Comfortable giving calls and talking on phone
Sociable, outgoing character with a good dose of creativity
Minimum education level: Bachelor in Tourism
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Entry level accepted, experience in tourism appreciated
