Product Executive

Position Objectives
- A Product Executive is to be in charge of all buying activity of Tommy Hilfiger & Polo Ralph Lauren brands, include but not limited buying planning, buying, monitor sales, control stock, inventory,…
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Up to ten essential responsibilities of the job (the “what”) and the approximate percentage of time spent on each (shown as a % range).
Buying product (45%):
· Assistance and coordination of logistics and distr­ibution
· Analyzing consumer buying patterns and updating and predicting future fashion trends
· Planning and follow up LC and payment requests
· Work closely with operation in order to receive new shipment
Monitor stock, inventory and sales (45%)
· Master file management and implementation of pricing strategy
· Collect data, analyze and monitoring of inventory on daily/weekly/monthly basis. Help with decision making process and executing action plan with Manager
· Sell through management and market analysis
· Stock management control. Develop requirements and evaluation standards
· Support in developing short and long term inventory plan
· Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels;
· Work closely with Manager to review daily/weekly/monthly reports
Support (10%)
· Support Product Manager and Brand Manager in request

Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge
/ Requirements:
· College, Bachelor’s degree or relevant certificate
· Close attention to detail
· Able to communicate in both Vietnamese and English effectively at all levels
· Excellent in communication both English & Vietnamese
· At least 2 years of experience in working as a merchandiser/buyer in fashion/retails
· Able to perform under pressure and work in a fast paced team environment with strong computer skills. Excel is a must
· Experience in a sales driven environment with strong analytical and time management skills
· Always available for travelling
