Product Executive

Analyze business and user needs to develop requirement documents, and wireframes for the implementation or revision of systems and applications projects;
Conduct market research to support the identification of new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
Keep updated with new technologies for the product, UI/UX trends to improve user experience;
Keeping stakeholders informed of documents, relevant development progress, and timelines.
Assist in the implementation of business development strategies under the guidance of Product Management
Use obtained knowledge during the requirement analysis and systems/applications implementation to make user guides and deliver user training.

Must to have:

Good at English communication skills (verbal and written);
Knowledge of software product development process, especially requirement analysis, user experience analysis;
Able to produce wireframes and specs related;
Knowledge of wire- framing software such as Figma, Axure, Invision, Balsamiq, etc...;
Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements;

Nice to have:

Good at presentation, reporting & time management skills;
Tech savvy, interested in new technologies, passionate about software products;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues;

Work performance review 2 times/ year (in May and November);
