- Communicate well with Stakeholders (Sales, User & Customers)
- Business needs & User story Creation.
- Defining the Solution/Feature Vision (Know what the feature is and how it can benefit the customers)
- Feedback Collection to refine and enhance products.
- Acceptance testing.

- Collaborate with design, UX & development team in delivering value.
- Create solutions based on the Needs identified.

- User Story Writing (Documentation): Ability to write clear and concise user stories with well- defined acceptance criteria.
- Business knowledge: Understand the operations of users and customers. Know how to benefit users and customers

- Modeling & Wireframing (Tools): Modeling the business flow, sketch out the layout, structure, and features.
