Product Executive

Product Executive (Cotton On, Body, Rubi, Typo)
Monitor stock, inventory, and sales:

Collect data, analyze, and monitor inventory on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Help with the decision- making process and executing the action plan with the Manager
Support in developing short and long- term inventory plans.
Work closely with the Manager to review daily/weekly/monthly reports
Stock management control
In charge of all product issues of Typo inline
Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels;
Handle all product plans for online, MKP channels: Cotton On, Body, Rubi, Typo
Sell through management and market analysis
Master file management and implementation of pricing strategy
Develop requirements and evaluation standards
Handle import procedures at Noi Bai airport for Typo, due to different operating systems, the process is complicated in terms of paperwork & deadline.

Support:
Support the Product Manager and Brand Manager in requests.

Experience in a sales- driven environment with strong analytical and time management skills
Able to perform under pressure and work in a fast- paced team environment with strong computer skills. Excel is a must
Able to communicate in both Vietnamese and English effectively at all levels
At least 2 years of experience working as a merchandiser/buyer in fashion/retail
College, Bachelor’s degree, or relevant certificate
Detail- oriented
Available for travelling.
