Product Lead

Researching:
Identifying emerging trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs that shape the platform&039;s evolution.
Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product design.
Designing:
Develop product concepts and evaluate designs for functionality and performance.
Engineering:
Translate complex data insights into user- centric features and functionalities, ensuring the platform delivers real value to our customers and partners
Launching:
Ensure on- time, on- budget delivery of features and functionalities, prioritizing quality and user experience
Communication:
Act as a spokesperson for the product and coordinate communication between all stakeholders.

Communication:
Outstanding communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Analytical:
Passion for data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable product decisions.
Analytical eye for details to effectively evaluate customer feedback and data to inform product design.
Problem- solving:
Creative thinker with a knack for solving complex problems.
Leadership:
Ability to lead teams and coordinate among stakeholders to ensure product success.
Experience:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
Strong grasp of economic and financial concepts (econometrics, market analysis, demand forecasting)
