Managing all aspects of product development and user experience for existing and new products
Enforcing customer centricity in the product development cycle
Managing ROI objectives via effective product planning
Establish and implement the overall strategy and transformation in collaboration with the C-level stakeholders, other product counterparts and functional teams for the group to enable measurable results for each country.
Drive consumer engagement and market share through product optimization by leveraging user centric design and continuous conversion rate optimization programs
Be a thought leader and drive impact throughout the enterprise.
Engage in Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure adherence to roadmap
Work with users to understand needs and gaps in the product offering, helping to shape the roadmap along with local market knowledge
Work in a 'squad' formation, partnering with engineering teams, UI/UX and QAs to run sprints, manage the back log, build out capabilities, etc
Act as subject matter expert - you need to be up to date with the competition and use the insight to help drive the vision and stay ahead of the curve, as the industry trend setters
Be data-driven in decision making

Yêu cầu công việc

Anywhere between 4-12 years of relevant work experience (there are several openings at different seniorities)
Worked ideally in an environment with significant volumes of monthly users (40mil+) across 9 markets+
Passion to drive and to improve the status quo
A proven track record of working on own initiative and an instinctive "can-do" attitude, with strong focus on delivering results
Excellent ability to communicate and a structured approach to capture new leads and projects as well as assignments and to solve challenges
Comfortable working with numbers and analytics and creative problem-solving skills.
Solid ASEAN / APAC / Regional exposure.
Experience in crafting easy to use, delightful user interfaces.
