Product Leader

● Mentor, train, and develop the team for best performance.
● Measure, analyze product performance and make suggestions on product improvement
● Together with founders and leaders make decisions about strategy and product roadmap.
● Build, evaluate and implement early-stage products and samples.
● Identify processes that can be improved and made more efficient and provide a strategic pathway for implementation of new approachesDevelop financial product pricing, policy and positioning strategies.

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
● Strong business acumen and technology understanding.
● Strong analytical skills.
● Responsive to customers&039; feedback.
● Experience managing teams from ideation to deployment to refactoring/optimization.
● Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English.
● Number-driven and focus on optimizing the conversion funnel
● Experience scaling technology products and services.
● Excellent written and communication skills.
*Good to have:
● Previous experience in Fintech or banking and credit scoring is a major plus.
● Understanding of the Vietnam financial market, Capital Funding, and SMEs ecosystems.
● Prior startup experience - and desire to operate in high growth, fast-paced environments.
● Experience with leadership and management.
