Represent the End User vertical in strategic planning sessions, OKR alignment, and performance reviews.
Discovery – Validate opportunities through data, research, and cross- team collaboration.
Champion a mobile- first, user- centric mindset that ensures an intuitive, consistent, and delightful experience across platforms.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering ownership, accountability, and innovation.
Oversee cross- platform feature delivery with a focus on speed, quality, and measurable user impact.
Oversee multiple product areas and guide Product Managers and Product Owners in defining goals, shaping solutions, and delivering impactful outcomes.
Ensure consistent UX/UI design principles, system scalability, and product performance optimization.
Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and Data teams to drive acquisition and engagement initiatives.
Monitor key product metrics (conversion, activation, retention, satisfaction) and guide the team in data- driven decision- making.
Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the End User experience, grounded in market insights and customer behavior.
Identify new opportunities to enhance the end- to- end user journey — from discovery and onboarding to engagement, conversion, and long- term retention.
Create an environment that values user empathy, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Development – Drive Agile delivery, ensuring clarity, quality, and timely execution across teams.
Ideation – Encourage innovative thinking and prioritize initiatives that maximize value for users and the business.
Take full ownership of the End User vertical, driving the overall product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy.
Collaborate with Operations, Customer Support, and Tech to remove friction and deliver seamless user experiences.
Go- To- Market (GTM) – Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to launch and measure success effectively.
Ensure the performance, scalability, and user satisfaction across all end- user platforms (mobile app, website, internal tools).
Translate strategic business goals into actionable roadmaps and measurable product outcomes.
Promote strong collaboration across Product, Design, Tech, and Business teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
Align vertical priorities with company OKRs, business strategy, and cross- functional initiatives.
Design – Partner with Design and Engineering to shape UX flows, define MVP scope, and plan scalable releases.
