Product Management Assistant (Shopify)

Responsibilities

Review customer feedback to refine existing features and inspire new ones.
Research market trends and keep an eye on competitors to uncover new possibilities.
Keep up with Shopify updates, industry movements, and e- commerce best practices.
Support the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and customer support to gather requirements and prioritize features.
Help create and update the product roadmap to keep our Shopify apps on track and growing.

Requirements

Mindset: Passionate, results- oriented, and eager to learn.
Language: Proficient in English.
Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and presentation abilities.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in product management or related fields.
Preferred Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing, technology, and e- commerce.
