Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute the annual Pocari Sweat Run event. Coordinate logistics, sponsorships, participant registration, and race- day operations.
- Drive e- commerce growth by optimizing user experience, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Review customer feedback, analytics, and conduct surveys or interviews to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to create and execute brand campaigns.
- Stay up to date with customer needs, market trends, and industry changes.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
- Develop and execute digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage brand- related operations, including events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Oversee overall brand management, ensuring consistent brand identity and messaging.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to enhance the online shopping experience and monitor e- commerce metrics and KPIs.
- Develop and implement communication strategies across various channels (online and offline).
- Continuously monitor product performance using metrics, customer feedback, and market trends.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and ownership skills.
- Good in English communication.
- Pay attention to detail & carefulness.
- Proven experience in product management, brand management, or related roles.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and data- driven decision- making abilities.
- Good presentation & communication skills.
- Familiarity with e- commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and event management.
- Passion for health and wellness is a plus

- Working time: 8 hours per day (8:00 to 17:00), Mon to Fri.
