Product Management Intern

Homebase is looking for a talented candidate to join the team as an Associate Product Management (APM) Intern. This position allows you to develop your leadership potential, execute projects end- to- end, and shape the future of Homebase.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering a superior customer experience through impactful products and possess the ability to contribute appropriate product- related insights and strategies. The candidate will have a chance to work directly with core members of our high- performing team and will have the following responsibilities:

Support the PM in conducting product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch;
Contribute to iterating and improving the product- market- fit of the product line;
“Build- measure- learn”, repeat;
“Talk to customers, build products”, repeat;
Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Design, and Sales teams on the development, testing, and release of products, as well as balance resources to ensure the success of the products.
Assist in creating systems and processes to ensure operational excellence for the product line;

We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria:

Past leadership experiences are a plus.
Currently based in Ho Chi Minh City;
Past internship experience in Marketing, Product, BA, BD, or related field is a plus;
Previous experience in product strategy/project management is a plus;
Minimum commitment of 6 months;
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Analysis, UI/UX, Engineering, or a related major;
Fluent in Vietnamese and English;
Strong critical thinking and problem- solving skills;

Compensation 4,600,000 VND monthly;
Increment salary by 1,000,000 VND every 4 months;
