Seedcom is looking for an enthusiastic Product Management Intern to join our Digital Product Team, working closely with the Product Owner and CTO to shape and deliver excellent digital products- including the OneLife mobile app and Kingfoodmart website (kingfoodmart.com) as well as underlying operational systems. We are continuously exploring new technology like AI to enhance the customer experience- for example, OneLife features personalized recommendations and OneChef (an LLM- powered lifestyle assistant) and you will be part of this exciting journey.

This internship provides hands- on experience in product management, offering a deep understanding of business operations, technology, and customer experience.

● Assist in product research, data analysis, and backlog management.
● Monitor key success metrics (e.g., conversion rate, churn reduction) and suggest improvements..

● Gather customer feedback and analyze data to enhance product features and user experience.

● Work with UI/UX designers and engineers to create intuitive, user- friendly experiences.

Qualifications
