RESPONSIBILITY
Be a member of product team, work closely with developers, and users to fully understand existing user needs and gain positive value.
Develop, maintain and execute manual test cases for product features.
Develop detailed user stories and support the technical team in exploring these stories. (customer journey, product requirement document, use cases, user flows, …)
Test, analyze, and report test results.
Research, define and improve on Hiip platform experience.
REQUIREMENT
Good communication in English (IELTS > 6.0 + English intro video*)
Good analytical, writing, documenting and problem- solving skills.
At least 4 months working experience
Having experience in software design or UX/UI is a plus.
Passion for building products. Interest in pursuing a career in product management.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related tech field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Having an understanding or interest in marketing & e- commerce is preferred.
Having ownership of your work and your product.
