Product Manager

Deliver new initiatives/solutions, implement usage initiatives targeting current and new merchant segments/ merchant behavior in the market trend on the execution of the business strategy.
Work closely with stakeholders/ other internal teams (Customer, Marketing Team, Sales Team, Development Team, R&D Team, Operation Team). By gathering insights from stakeholders both inside and outside the company, including customers and partners to drive improvements and innovations in the platform identify new features, new services, enhancements to conduct and maintain product backlog, based on product roadmap as well.
Identify target customer segments, co- work with Marketing Team to define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans.
Work with engineers that translate customer&039;s needs into detailed specifications and create product architectures, wireframes, prototypes, and user stories. Monitor product performance and make data- driven decisions to continuously improve the user experience.
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product and its features across primary market segments. Clearly present product vision, reports, plans and resource requests to management members.
In charge of all product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, positioning, roadmap development, planning, requirement development, product launch, and product operation.

Good English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Have experience of system integration for the whole office IT environment such as Network & Security, Server.
Deep understanding and have some knowledge of VMware, Backup products and Office IT Infrastructure.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non- technical stakeholders with clarity of thought.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working in a fast- paced start- up environment, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
At least 3 years of experience in product management. Experience in building and expanding a product development organization. Demonstrated experience in leading, inspiring, and growing a team to deliver successful products.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into smaller parts and identify key issues, with the ability to use data to drive decision- making.

Working time: 9:00 – 17:30, Monday – Friday.
There are 1 PAs (Performance Appraisal) per year.
