Responsibilities and Duties:
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable plans for engineers and designers;
Own end- to- end product launches: from MVP to scale.
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap;
Drive discovery and ideation to uncover new growth opportunities and solve product gaps;
Lead cross- functional teams to deliver impactful features, fast and efficiently;
Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate rapidly;
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment across departments;
Deep- dive into customer behavior and pain points to shape seamless product experiences;
Qualifications and Skills:
Must to Have
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
Strong analytical skills and a hands- on approach to problem solving;
Proficient in collaborating with cross- functional teams within a matrix organizational structure;
Proficiency as a business analyst, with a strong grasp of product insights.
Sound technical knowledge with practical experience in software development and web technologies;
3+ years of experience working in a Product Manager role;
Consistent record of overseeing all aspects of a successful product throughout its life cycle;
Proven skill in creating product strategies and presenting recommendations to top- level management;
Nice to have
Knowledgeable in UI/UX principles and best practices;
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Working Location: HQ Tower- 201 Tran Nao, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday- 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
