Product Manager

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams


• Drive the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch


• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI


• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization


• Collaborate with clients to support operations on existing systems or enhance new features.


• 
  The product manager will cover the two SoPa Vietnam products: The food delivery app Handy 80% () and the POS app HotTab 20% ()
  

• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.


• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle: Agile, waterfall…Startup environment is preferred.


• High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams: engineering, sales, marketing….and customer facing. Experience in working with the oversea production team is an advantage.


• Professional English communication in a multinational team across Asia.


• Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills


• At least 2 years experience in a similar role.


• Business analytic skill/experience is a big plus.


• Having experience in F&B: POS, Food delivery or Ride-hailing is a big plus.
