Product Manager

The position holder will demonstrate accountability for:
- Plan and oversee the implementation of promotional programs to support brand and sales objectives.
- Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions.
- Provide Salesforce with the required product knowledge training and equip them with the necessary tools to effectively perform their selling function.
- Prepare annual Marketing Plan of assigned product portfolio that defines the relevant market environment and strategic marketing direction, manage the approved promotion budget to achieve the approved sales and profit targets.
- Review and recommend product portfolio initiatives to include product development and product launches.
- Prepare annual sales forecast of the assigned brands and implement the various marketing activities to drive attainment of the sales target within approved promotions budget.
- Build up good relationships with KOLs
- Determine the price level of the assigned product/product group and recommend price adjustments due to internal/external factors.
- Cooperate field force to prepare for the hospital Tender & centralize Tender approach
- Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitor&039;s products.

- Superb interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly build relationships with customers
- Bachelor&039;s Degree with related experience in sales & marketing. Pharmacy and Medical is preferable
- Understanding of sales process and dynamics, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ambitious, aggressive growth, strategic thinking be able to lead sales team for ready to change.
- At least 2 years experience as Product Manager at an MNC company.
- Good general knowledge of business and marketing task and job
- High understanding of market environment and nature of Pharma & Medical market
- Having experience with Infusion Therapy (pharmaceutical, medical consumables) OR Infection Control Therepy is a plus
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
