This is a full- time hybrid role for a Business Analyst/ Product Manager with experience in POS systems. The role is based in the Hanoi Capital Region with hybrid working time. The Business Analyst/ Product Manager will be responsible for tasks related to business analysis, communication, defining business processes and requirements, and leveraging their POS system experience to drive success in eCommerce operations.

Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap for POS solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
Gather and analyze feedback from customers, competitors, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
Use data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data- driven decisions for improvement.
Manage the end- to- end product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and continuous improvement.
Develop tools and workflows that support inventory management, payment processing, sales reporting, and overall operational efficiency for users.
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high- quality products on time.
Create comprehensive product documentation, user guides, and training materials to support internal teams and customers.
