As a Product Manager – Discovery & Communication – you will become the key to the success of our MoMo platform product strategy, driving our product roadmap and ensuring a top level of stakeholder satisfaction with the whole variety of advanced products and services. You will drive business success in one of the fastest- growing markets and impact the evolution of Fintech across the whole of Vietnam. This position offers high visibility with senior management and with other departments within the company.
What you will do
You will be in charge of the backbone of Momo app: Discovery and Communication, which helps users find new services that fit their need. You will be in charge of user adoption and engagement across multiple use cases inside Momo. The channels included Home, Search, Notification etc. (5- 6 navigation touchpoints which account 90% user traffic).
Product Strategy:
– Develop comprehensive product strategies that effectively position our product (as a solution) in the user job- to- be- done landscape.
– Intensively create and A/B test new channel, communication asset format with compelling and persuasive messaging across different channels.
– Create infinite engagement from one flow to another.
– Work with ML team to understand user label and suggest suitable service for them.
Go- to- Market (GTM) Planning:
– Lead the planning and execution of go- to- market strategies for new updates with Momo Business Units.
– Support Momo Business new product launches, promotion & game campaigns across owned channels.
Growth Initiatives:
– Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer data, feedbacks, and competitive intelligence.
– Develop and execute data- driven growth initiatives to expand market share, increase user and merchant adoption, and drive their active rates.
Customer Insights and Feedback:
– Conduct data analysis and work with Customer Intelligence to conduct customer research, surveys, and interviews to gather insights and understand customer needs and pain points.
– Proactively seek and gather feedback from customers regarding product features, usability, and overall satisfaction.
– Ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product roadmap and explore growth opportunities from that.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
– Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and campaigns.
– Analyze data and provide regular performance reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make informed strategic decisions.
What you will need
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Able to link between product and business metrics.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management and growth with a proven track record of successfully growing B2C users via product- led growth initiatives.
Prior experience in B2C platform growth is required. Strong understanding of B2C user behavior, product- led growth strategies. Understanding of C2C network effect, user- generated content is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tech or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proficiency in product management disciplines, from discovery to delivery to launching.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across cross- functional teams.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
Understanding of marketing, fintech, banking, ecommerce, machine learning for recommendation problems is a strong plus.
