- Develop short and long- term plans, analyze market research findings, prepare a budget, evaluate inventory requirements, design promotional campaigns, and integrate management inputs to establish the strategic direction of the product in terms of profit, sales, market share, growth, and desired market positioning
- New product development & launching
- Ensure that product marketing strategies and tactical programs are developed and implemented to improve market performance
- Follow up on goods shipment and production & inform to sales force
- Fulfill any additional task if requested by the Senior Marketing Manager/BOD.
- Monitor performance and controls A & P budget
- Product budget expenditure in line with the plans
- Conduct training for Sales Reps as needed, including Product Knowledge, Obstacle Handling, and Promotional Materials
- Co- ordinate with the regulatory department to follow the visa registration situation & have a plan to renew or new registration
- Facilitate implementation of market intelligence strategies; Analyze competitive market information & prepare competitor counter
- Sales forecasting
- Understands the customers and environment: conducts market research if necessary
- Ensure all business activities comply with the company, corporate, and industry code of conduct
- Plan strategies, evaluate factors for effective branding of the product; optimize pricing based on market price dynamics; facilitate adaptation of product packaging to local setting; manage product life cycle given initiatives for new indications, extensions, modifications, and other life cycle strategies
- Building the closed relationship between PF and key customers
- Develop advertising, promotion, and communication campaigns
- Address logistical and administrative requirements to ensure the availability of necessary resources and products
- Setting up product strategies and objectives according to the company strategy
- Planning, developing marketing strategies, and implementing tactical plans to ensure marketing and sales objectives for a particular product or group of products are met
- Finding out developmental opportunities, assessment of possibilities of new product launching
- Supporting field force to reach sales target
