Product Manager

Working Location: HCMC
Duties and Responsibilities
This position holder is responsible to:
- Propose the product marketing budget and manage it efficiently
- Provide practical and motivational product training for medical representatives
- Design the product marketing plan in the assigned territory while ensuring alignment with company’s policies
- Perform all reports related to the position holder
- Conduct effective market research to identify trends and assess the products’ positions
- Organize events in accordance with the promotional plans
- Identify and develop contact with scientific leaders, key health care professionals
- Develop product campaigns, product introduction materials; communicate action plans to the Field Team

-Graduated from Medical University or Pharmacist University
-At least 3 years of marketing experience within pharmaceutical industry
-Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
-Good knowledge about Marketing
-Excellent presentation and communication skills
-Organizing and planning, strategic thinking, problem analysis and problem-solving
-Good computer skills- especially on MS Office software
