What you will do

Product Development:

Create a roadmap that prioritizes and optimally sequences product features to enhance the performance of internal marketing toolset
Oversee product launches, product marketing, and other go- to- market activities for internal tools and platforms.
Propose and explore new features and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and continually improve the value proposition of our platform
Gather requirements, conduct user research, and prioritise the product backlog to ensure the team is focused on delivering high- impact projects.
Drive the adoption and onboarding of internal tools and platforms, working closely with users to ensure they are engaged and successful
Develop and drive the product vision and strategy, aligning it with overall product vision and business objectives

Data- Driven Decisions:

Leverage data analytics and insights to understand both user and merchant behavior, trends in marketing solutions, and areas for improvement in marketing features.
Use data to make informed decisions, optimize existing features, and guide the development of new features to enhance performance

Cross- Functional Collaboration:

Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the voice of the product and fostering collaboration for mutual success.
Effectively communicate product updates, roadmap, and performance to stakeholders and leadership, addressing their concerns and incorporating feedback into product iterations.
Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
Be the leader of cross- functional teams, comprising senior engineers, designer, analysts, to grow adoption of the platform as well as performance overall.


What you will need

The Must- Haves

Excellent communication skills and the capacity to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills, with a data- driven approach to decision- making.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
Have experience building and managing internal tools or B2B platforms.
Passionate about driving impact through enhancing team productivity
Adept at engaging with technical teams and leveraging technologies for practical business applications.
Proven ability to develop and implement AI/ML solutions in a commercial environment.
4- 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in analytics, AI/ML, preferably in advertising or CDP

The Good- to- Haves

Familiarity with merchant service platforms and the ability to drive product differentiation through personalisation and predictive insights.
A track record of managing and delivering projects that enhance user engagement and business performance.
