Product Manager, MFP (Multi-Functional Printers)

•Assist in analyzing and monitoring customer’s needs about products, local pricing.
•Assist in analyzing and monitoring competitor’s situation about products, local pricing.
•Assist in creating goodwill for the products and services among existing and potential clients
•Assist in planning for sales program,
•Assist to manage and report KPI for sales
•Assist to analyze sales productivity
•Participating in PSI process
•Support Marcom team to check translation of catalogues, leaflet, POP material and website into Vietnamese
•Assist to prepare marketing materials and sales tools of product in charge.
•Assist in planning and organizing product or solution training
•Assist to conduct market survey
•Assist to make dealer promotion and execute it by visiting each dealers
•Assist to make management report
•Ad hoc support Solution Product staff such as Software/Solution package.
