Product Manager (Mobile apps, IT BA)

OBJECTIVES

Design, plan execution and monitor performance of actions, aimed to ensure achievement of targeted conversion rate to products of leads in Direct To Customer channel, and compliance with P&L targets. Under guidance of Head of Digital Product Development & Management Department drives actions to achieve success of the product

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support establishment and ensure achievement of conversion benchmarks on product, source and partner level for D2С channel
Regularly review and ensure the fulfillment of all digital product strategy and distribution of respective product lines
Design and implementation of changes to customer journey, on-boarding process
Cooperate with lending, card or bancassurance product owners to develop new product on D2C channel according to the market situation and in line with actual strategy
Other tasks assigned by upper management
Regularly collect market situation update to have a clear and actual understanding of competition and FE Credit’s products in that context
Coordinate fulfillment of product development roadmap. On the weekly basis consolidate and provide to the upper management product status report
Responsible for implementation of corrective actions for operational processes related to support of customer journey – drop off management, customer support, underwriting, collections, disbursement and repayment processes

Strong communication skills
Negotiation and conflict management
At least 5 years of working experience in Banking & Finance, out of which at least years in eCommerce/Digital Marketing or On-Line Consumer Finance
Proven track record as product manager
Experience and proven track record in product development, portfolio management, business technology
Self-motivation
Language requirements: English – fluent, Vietnamese - optional
Problem solving
Decisiveness
Understanding of Consumer Finance & Retail Banking
Quantitative and qualitative analytical methods
Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance (degree from the leading foreign university is an advantage)
Experience of Vietnam market or relevant experience in developing markets
Ability to work under pressure and time management
Project management
